- Efficient Application Submission: We’ll complete the application forms with three suitable financial institutions simultaneously, creating an application batch. Then, we’ll compile all the necessary supporting documentation and annexures, as requested by the institution, before submitting the applications via email once you’ve approved them.
- Affordable Administrative Fee: A fixed up-front administrative fee of R7,500 per application batch is payable to Unique Business Plans.
- Regular Updates: We request bi-weekly application updates from you and provide you with relevant feedback until a final decision is reached by the financial institutions.
- Increased Chances, No Guarantees: Our process significantly enhances your chances of success, but it’s important to note that Unique Business Plans cannot influence the decisions of financial institutions, nor can we guarantee application success.
- Swift Turnaround Time: Our process typically takes just one week from the receipt of all necessary documentation.
- Financial Institutions’ Decision Time: Financial institutions usually take between 2 to 6 weeks to reach a decision.
Option 2: Success-Based Fee Structure
- Document Collection: Begin by providing us with your updated business plan, statutory documentation, management accounts, and the most recent three years of financial statements if applicable.
- Simultaneous Submissions: We’ll proceed by completing application forms with three suitable financial institutions simultaneously, creating an application batch. Supporting documentation and annexures will be compiled and submitted via email once you’ve given your approval.
- Success Fee: Instead of an upfront fee, we charge a succession fee equal to 1.50% of the total funding granted by the funding institution. This fee is due within 7 days of you receiving the funding.
- Regular Updates: We request bi-weekly application updates and provide you with relevant feedback until a final decision is reached by the financial institutions.
- Enhanced Chances, No Guarantees: Our process enhances your application’s success odds, but Unique Business Plans cannot influence financial institutions’ decisions or guarantee success.
- Efficient Timing: Expect a turnaround time of approximately one week from when we receive all necessary documentation.
